Exhibition by Robert Sedgley

An exhibition of recent watercolours by British artist Robert Sedgley will be inaugurated by Linda Duffield, British High Commissioner on Friday, February 11 at the studio of S. H. Sarath.
This is Robert Sedgley's third visit to Sri Lanka and the present exhibition reflects his impressions of the landscape and building styles as he travelled around the country.
Sedgley, born in Birmingham, studied fine art at the Birmingham and Exeter colleges of Art and the City of Leicester Polytechnic, and subsequently taught for nineteen years in various schools in Hertfordshire, ten as Head of Art.
The exhibition will be held from 5.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. on Friday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th.

Exhibition of watercolours

British artist, Robert Sedgley, is conducting an exhibition of recent watercolours at the studio of local artist, S. H. Sarath. The three day exhibition, which concludes today was declared open by the British High Commissioner, Linda Duffield last Friday. It will be open from11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
